Professional programme —  Oxford Climate Journalism Network (OCJN) 

Completed a six-month online professional programme with the Oxford Climate Journalism Network (OCJN), run by the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism at the University of Oxford. 

Over the past six months, the programme allowed me to reflect more deeply on how climate journalism can be more relevant to audiences and more effective in helping them understand a rapidly changing world. Through expert-led sessions and thoughtful discussions with journalists from diverse media and cultural contexts, I engaged with key topics including energy transitions, greenwashing, climate justice, climate finance, food systems, mental health, and public health. 

As part of the programme, I conducted a workshop on Visualizing Extreme Weather Events, during which I showed my approach to visual storytelling within climate reporting in Bangladesh.
